Make sure your application settings are correct, and the phone can reach the server.
It is likely that the application on the phone has not been able to reach the server.
If that is the case, then you will only see Options=>Settings, Options=>About, and Options=>Exit on the MediaCast menu.
Ensure that you can browse the internet (e.g. by opening a browser).
Also ensure that you have the correct MediaCast settings by launching the ShareSettings Tool
and verifying the server settings.
Get in touch with an Aylus support person if you still cannot resolve the issue.

Absolutely.
MediaCast has a configurable profile that allow you to use it with any named Network Connection. To do the above, you first need to have a Connection with the appropriate WLAN network within your device. Next, you need to edit your MediaCast profile to refer to that network connection.
