Installing MediaCast Client Software on a Symbian Device Over a Wireless Connection
The following procedure describes how to install and configure the required client software on specified Windows Mobile handsets over a wireless connection. As part of this procedure, you will receive an SMS message containing a link to install the MediaCast software. Clicking the links and following prompts in each message will automatically install the software onto your handset. When you are done, restart the handset to use MediaCast.
Step 1:
Power on your Symbian handset.

Step 2:
Open the SMS message.
In the message there is a hyperlink to the MediaCast software installation web page.

Click Open link to navigate to the MediaCast software installation web page.

Click the link for the allAppsBundle sis file to download and install the MediaCast software application.

Click Open to install the downloaded file.

A prompt appears showing the characteristics of the file to be installed.
Click OK.

A confirmation appears.
Click Yes to continue.

More details of the file to install appear such as the file name and the major software release number. Click Continue.

A privacy statement appears.
Click OK to continue the installation.

Step 12:
A prompt appears for the installation location.
Highlight Phone mem and click Select to install the file on the mobile handset.

A message indicates that the MediaCast software has been installed.

Step 15:
Navigate back to the MediaCast software installation web page and click the link to download the user settings sis file.

Repeat steps 5-14 to install the user settings sis file.

Exit the Settings Tool and manually restart the handset. You are now ready to use MediaCast !.
